In any event, whether the event of accident, murder or any other events that must take a testimony of a witness. In any event, such as those mentioned above, not all people want to give themselves to become witnesses to an incident he had seen. In other words we are reluctant to be witnesses, this is because many people assume that being a witness to an event is something that is very inconvenient. A witness should be asked to swear and promise to be truthful or correct. A witness was also asked to answer various questions and questions from police, prosecutors, defenders, judges or other people who want to know much of an event. The spoken testimony of this, will make others happy even angry.
Testimony that makes the anger of others may be able to threaten our safety. A witness is someone who has no interest in anything. Therefore, a question for us is "what the need or advantage to be a witness?" People who serve or act as a witness in an event or occurrence is not something that is not easy. A witness must be carefully and accurately tell what he has seen, heard and experienced. Things large and small will be asked to him. A witness also must be objective. This objective is something that is very difficult to do because every witness has a mind to give priority to subjective mind. A witness also can replace the truth with something that is not correct or reverse the fact or facts. Being a witness to these events alone, it is something difficult and complicated, let alone a witness to the larger case.
Being a witness for Christ is a witness for cases which are very large. Every person who gives himself to be a witness for Christ is a person who is the true witness of the life and work of Christ. In Acts 1:8 says: "... ye shall be my witnesses ..." Being a witness who preach the truth of Christ must have been something much more complicated than being a witness in the courtroom. Being a witness for Christ rather than just talk, to speak or talk, but must demonstrate a lifestyle. Being a witness in the courtroom is something very different to be a witness for Christ. The difference is that a witness in the courtroom is to stretch the truth, but a witness of Christ is not just stretch the truth but tell the truth so many people would believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Savior, the Son of God and the Messiah. In the Gospel of John 20:31 says: "... that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by your faith that you may have life in His name."
So be a witness for Christ is the one who delivered the news truth the word of God so many people into believing, have life in Christ or get style and quality of life of Christ. Quality of life or lifestyle of Christ is: simple, unpretentious, peaceful, calm, do not choose love, love to forgive, to be honest, not mercenary, help, respect for others and many more. Whether this can we do? This is the hassle of typing people become witnesses of Christ. But as a good witness for Christ we must not run away from that responsibility.
Be a good witness is preferred by many people, a blessing to many people and our testimony becomes something that smells good to God.
